1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Syrix ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, install, or use the Software.

2. License and Usage

Syrix grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Software for your personal use only. This license does not allow you to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Attempt to crack, bypass, or circumvent any security measures in the Software
• Share your license key with others or use a shared key
• Use the Software for any illegal activities
• Distribute, sell, lease, rent, or sublicense the Software

3. Key System and Account Security

Each user must obtain their own key through our official key system. Key sharing is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent termination of your license without refund. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your key and account information.

4. User Conduct

When using Syrix and participating in our community, you agree to:

• Respect other users and staff members
• Not engage in harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or bullying
• Not post or share content that is racist, sexist, homophobic, or otherwise offensive
• Not attempt to disrupt our services or community
• Not impersonate staff members or other users
• Not share malicious scripts or content designed to harm others

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Software, including but not limited to copyright, trademarks, trade secrets, and patents, are owned by Syrix and its developers. The Software is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Syrix immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Software will immediately cease.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the Software is with you.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Syrix or its developers be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use this Software, even if Syrix has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Software or any part thereof at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Software after any such changes constitutes your consent to such changes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Syrix operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
